◇先端科学技術研究センター(2012年まで)では材料系の研究活動を実施していました。主な業績としては、セラミック静電チャックの研究、アルミナオゾン発生電極の研究、光触媒薄膜の研究、光励起超親水性の発見と応用、超撥水表面性の研究などです。現在は自然科学系の材料研究は終了しており、一部発明活動への協力とコンサルティングを除いて活動しておりません。下記URL に2011年までの全リストを掲載します。
